We provide a 3-year warranty on the movement of all our products.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery of your package.

Return and Refund Policy:

1. These clocks are inherently fragile, and cases of damage on arrival do happen occasionally despite our efforts to pack them as well as we can. We will resolve the issue case-by-case by replacing the affected part or the entire clock.

2. By default, all sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, we may consider such requests individually, provided the product can be returned in a similar condition to the one it arrived in. We will not be liable for return shipping costs; up to 20% of the product may be charged.
